Outstanding Products, Services and Support to Continue As Company Expands Focus

Tucson, AZ, May 7th, 2010 – SEBRA is changing its name to Vante as part of its corporate development plan.

“We’re changing our name, but we’re not changing the outstanding products, services and support we’ve provided our customers for over 30 years,” stated Roger Vogel, Vante Chairman, President and CEO. “Our mission remains the same – to help our customers improve efficiencies and reduce total operating costs while producing best in class products.”

Vante is an employee-owned, global technology company that designs and produces best of breed products for the precise manipulation of medical plastics. It is focused on catheter development and manufacturing, bio-pharmaceutical products, and related engineering services. Dozens of multinational biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms utilize its line of biotechnology products.

“Last year we sold our Blood Collection and Processing Division and the brand name SEBRA,” stated Roger Vogel. “This sale provided us with substantial capital to grow our medical device manufacturing product portfolio to serve customer and industry needs and develop and bring to market the latest innovations and solutions for the global medical device manufacturing industry. These are exciting developments for Vante.”

“Vante designs and builds its products in the U.S. as well as at plants abroad,” stated Brent Fausett: Executive Vice President. “This international approach is mirrored in our sales, marketing and service efforts. In fact, Vante products are sold and utilized in dozens of countries. In addition to ensuring that our income stream is geographically diversified, this approach has given Vante global business contacts, know how, and learnings, which we consider invaluable institutional assets.”

Vante has a worldwide direct channel sales system to original equipment manufacturers and distributors. It has initiated various innovative strategic partnerships with leading companies in the medical field, including:

• Partnering with ASG Medical Systems to produce the groundbreaking Automated Tipping System, which effectively doubles the capacity of the equipment involved, providing an excellent return on investment,
• Conducting contract research and development work with Haemonetics, and
• Product development and engineering partnerships with companies including CaridianBCT, Baxter, and Terumo.
