RF Generator 4350 This newly redesigned Ruby generator builds on legendary legacy performance by providing additional process capabilities and flexibility, even with legacy system molds.  Updated components assure robust sustainability and supply chain resiliency.  New HMI programming with simplified navigation make this a user-friendly system with minimal operator inputs required.

Tip Forming Platform 4360 The 4360 platform has also been redesigned to provide longer feed distances, remove manual toggle switches, improved slide location adjusters, graduated feed slide speed controls, all encased in an easy-to-clean cabinet. The “H” version platform has a slide insertion force of 9.3lbs @ 30 psi for medium to large sized tubes.  The “L” version platform has a slide insertion force of 3.2lbs @ 30 psi, suitable for low to medium sized tubes. Both can accommodate a variety of molds for many different applications.

Pressure Box Model 4370 is a more compact version of the original, with a new easy-to-clean cabinet and power-on indicator light.
