Consists of a model 4250 RF Generator and one of two 4260 Forming Platforms, depending on insertion force requirements, and a new high-precision 4270 Pressure Box.
All platforms can be teamed with a variety of tipping, welding, and forming molds for many, including custom, applications.
RF Generator 4250 features a modernized chassis and large color touch screen allowing the operator to clearly view operating cycle parameters and temperature control. The touch screen also displays cycle counters and high/low thermocouple alarms. The highly efficient cooling manifold significantly reduces cycle times. Multi-level password protection can be used to control access to stored programs.
Tip Forming Platforms, model 4260H/L, are integrated with top-of-the line feed stroke positioners, optimal speed controls and access stroke length up to 1.5”. Legacy toggle switches have been replaced with function buttons on the HMI. They ensure user-friendly operation and versatile mold compatibility across a range of applications.
Pressure Box Model 4270 is a replacement for legacy pressure gage assemblies. It features high accuracy regulators and gauges installed in a matching cabinet. Connections are made via cleanroom-friendly umbilical with quick disconnect multi-port connectors. Bulkhead ttings provide individual access to each gage for verification measurements. This is compatible with legacy systems through use of an adapter for the multiport connection.
